Winter's Hot Coaching Offering

The following offerings are a supportive way to increase our natural foundation of happiness and wellbeing. Included are practices to strengthen your resilience, improve your self-care, and boost your wellbeing and happiness.

Both personal coaching and a group option are available.

Personal Coaching (online or in person)

What is included:

  • An initial wellbeing assessment to discover what area might be most useful to focus on

  • An introductory conversation to discuss the assessment and your wellbeing goals. From this a personal coaching package will be developed

  • 3 coaching sessions

  • Practices to do in between sessions, email check-in between sessions, handouts, and referral to recommended reading and apps

Group session: Appreciative Living and Wellbeing

A key element to wellbeing is connecting with others and this group session does just that! Meet with a small group of people over six lunchtimes to discover, discuss and experience new practices and share your wellbeing journey.

A new wellbeing practice will be introduced each session.
